Montez Love-Bullock, a 39-year-old Black man, was found dead in the middle of a Buford roadway in the early hours of August 25, 2018. The Gwinnett County Police received a 911 call from neighbors around 1 a.m., reporting a person down in the 5800 block of Apple Grove Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered Montez Love-Bullock with a fatal gunshot wound.
