Leonard Spivey Jr., an 18-year-old African American male from Macon, Georgia, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2018. The incident occurred at a Chick-fil-A restaurant on Bloomfield Road in Macon. Leonard Spivey Jr. was involved in an altercation with another teen, Julian Kongquee, who was also 18 years old at the time.
