Shyree Smalls, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2018, in Savannah, Georgia. On that fateful morning, Savannah Police responded to a call about an injured person on the 1100 block of E. 37th Street. Upon arrival, they found Shyree Smalls suffering from serious injuries.
