Francisco Zapata, a 20-year-old male from Decatur, GA, tragically lost his life on November 5, 2018. Zapata, who was of Hispanic ethnicity, was found dead from a gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred at an apartment building on the 1700 block of Weatherly Drive in Stone Mountain, a suburb of Decatur. The investigation revealed that Zapata was shot by his friend, 19-year-old Maleik Woods, during a robbery.
