Christian Brooke Joiner, a 31-year-old white female from Vidalia, Georgia, tragically lost her life on November 16, 2018. Brooke, who was a lifelong resident of Toombs County, was a dedicated mother and a student at Georgia Southern University, preparing for pharmacy school. She was working at the RJ Pope menswear store in Vidalia when the incident occurred.
