DeCoby Barlow, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 9, 2018, in McDonough, Georgia. Barlow was attending a birthday celebration for his cousin at Traxx Lounge and Grill when the incident occurred. The night took a fatal turn when a fight broke out inside the club and spilled into the parking lot.
