Michael Jamal Colquitt, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 22, 2021, in McDonough, Georgia. The incident occurred at a QuikTrip gas station, where Colquitt was found with fatal gunshot wounds. The police responded to the scene around 11:15 p.m. and discovered Colquitt critically injured. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after being transported to a nearby hospital.
