In the late hours of December 26, 2018, in Stone Mountain, Georgia, a verbal dispute that began in a convenience store tragically escalated, leading to the death of 38-year-old Mark Moss. Moss was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in the middle of Mercer Road, near a Honda Odyssey. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses reported hearing four to five gunshots around 11:45 p.m.
