Justin Richey, a 16-year-old from Brooklyn, NY, was tragically killed on July 15, 2018, just one day after his birthday. The incident occurred in East New York, Brooklyn, where Justin was helping a neighbor with household chores. He was approached by Ralief Bradford, a 30-year-old gang member, and two accomplices.
