Marquis Robinson, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 26, 2019, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Days Inn on Abercorn Street. According to reports, Robinson was shot by Stephanie Matthews, a 35-year-old woman, during a domestic dispute. The shooting took place around 11:10 p.m., and Robinson was subsequently transported to Memorial Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
