Kenneth Porter, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 12, 2019, in Augusta, Georgia. The incident occurred at The Enclave at Augusta apartments, where gunfire erupted in the early afternoon. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Kenneth Porter with multiple gunshot wounds.
