Devonte Henneghan, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 11, 2019, in Savannah, Georgia. On that fateful day, Savannah police responded to a shooting incident on Damascus Street, where they discovered Devonte Henneghan and another victim, James Fields Jr., 30, deceased at the scene.
