In the summer of 2019, on a June evening in Savannah, Georgia, a burst of gunfire shattered the night on Damascus Street, leaving a scene of chaos and tragedy. When the Savannah Police Department officers arrived around 9:40 p.m., they discovered four men suffering from gunshot wounds. Among them was 27-year-old Devonte Henneghan, a male resident of Georgia, who, along with another man, would not survive their injuries.
