Steven James Nichols, a 32-year-old white male from Stockbridge, GA, tragically lost his life on July 6, 2019. Nichols, who was affectionately known as "Hawk," was meeting his girlfriend at a Dollar General in Henry County when he was confronted by her ex-boyfriend, James Blake McAllister. McAllister, a 41-year-old white male, was waiting in the parking lot with a sawed-off shotgun.
