In the late afternoon of July 10, 2019, a burst of violence at a Macon, Georgia, gas station tragically cut short the life of 20-year-old Randon Shamar Hogan. The young man, a resident of Macon, was at the Shell Gas Station located at 3750 Mercer University Drive when he was shot in the chest.
