Gerald Waldon, a 22-year-old African American male, was found dead on July 29, 2019, in Augusta, Georgia. His body was discovered at the corner of Walton Acres and Fox Den Road, where he had been shot at least once. The Richmond County Coroner pronounced him dead at 8:01 a.m. on the same day.
