Charles Alexander Irvin, 50, a Black man, was killed in Augusta, Georgia, in the early hours of November 11, 2023, after violence tore through the home on Bleakley Street where he was living. Deputies were sent there around 1:22 a.m. and found him suffering from a gunshot wound.
