Aleka Simmons, a 27-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on August 1, 2019, in Lithonia, Georgia. The incident occurred at a residence in the 4800 block of Hodgdon Corners Cove. On the evening of July 31, 2019, several hang-up calls were made to 911 from the same residence.
