Ricarrio Hale, a 14-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 11, 2020, in Lithonia, Georgia. The incident occurred during a meeting arranged to purchase a phone. According to initial police reports, Ricarrio and his friends met with 28-year-old Paul Marsilas Wilson and a woman to buy an iPhone 6.
