On March 24, 2023, 31-year-old Derricka Sheunda Body of Lithonia, Georgia, was tragically shot and killed in front of two of her children. The incident occurred at her mother's apartment on Evans Mill Road. Her boyfriend, Christopher Harvey, is alleged to have committed the act and subsequently fled the scene in Body's vehicle, a black Kia Soul. At the time of reporting, Harvey remained at large, and authorities urged anyone with information to come forward.
