Bobbie Jackson, a 45-year-old Black male, was found dead on April 12, 2002, in an upscale suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. His body was discovered by a couple walking their dog near a church playground. Jackson's remains were wrapped in a quilt and covered with silver duct tape, with his hands bound behind his back and his feet taped together.
