Sonja Lucretta Richardson, a 25-year-old Black woman from Norcross, GA, was found dead in her car on October 31, 2019. Her body was discovered in the driver's seat of a blue 2017 Hyundai Elantra, which had come to a stop against the median wall in the HOV lane of northbound I-85, just south of Jimmy Carter Boulevard.
