In the small city of Summerville, Georgia, the life of 51-year-old Ronald Moates, a male resident, was cut short in the final moments of 2019. On the night of December 30th, police responded to a call concerning a domestic dispute at a residence on Kelly Street. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Mr. Moates deceased, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
The preliminary investigation suggested that a physical altercation at the home escalated, culminating in the shooting that
