Jacklyn "Jackie" Denise Denny Payne, a 54-year-old woman from Rock Spring, Georgia, tragically lost her life on March 8, 2025. She was born in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, to Eugene "Jack" Jackson Denny Jr. and Linda "Gail" Strickland Denny. Jackie was a graduate of LaFayette High School, Class of 1988, and later earned her bachelor's degree from Dalton State College.
