Breona Watkins, a 29-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on January 14, 2018, in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at Plantation Apartments, located at 201 Casey Drive. Around 3:30 a.m., officers from the Richmond Hill Police Department responded to reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, they discovered Breona Watkins had been shot.
