In May of 2020, the life of 18-year-old Vanita Nicole Richardson of Rome, Georgia, was tragically cut short just as she was on the cusp of her high school graduation. Her body, along with that of her 31-year-old friend, Truvenia Clarece Campbell, was discovered by a Georgia Department of Transportation crew on the morning of May 13.
