Joseph Clark Homman, a 27-year-old male from Thomaston, GA, tragically died on May 24, 2020, at Upson Regional Medical Center. Born on October 16, 1992, in Thomaston, Joseph was the son of William Joseph Homman and Pamela Clark Homman. He worked as a lineman for Wilburn Engineering and was of the Catholic faith.
