Dominique Lamar Phillips, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 8, 2020, in Macon, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the Fort Hill neighborhood, specifically at the corner of Hawkinsville Avenue and Eastview Avenue.
