Curtis Cockrell, a 56-year-old African American male, was found dead on June 12, 2020, in Atlanta, Georgia. His body was discovered under the Interstate 20 overpass at Windsor Street, and he had been shot multiple times. Curtis Cockrell was one of three homeless individuals killed in Atlanta during late spring 2020.
