In the late hours of a summer night in Atlanta, Georgia, the life of Durand Robinson, a 50-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short. On August 25, 2010, Robinson, a prominent figure in the local community, was found lying in the middle of Hadlock Street in the southwest part of the city.
