Joshua Kellam, a 38-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 1, 2020, in Fayetteville, Georgia. The incident occurred at the residence of Dawn and Jermaine Harmon, where Kellam had gone to retrieve a travel bag he had mistakenly left in his daughter's suitcase.
