On a summer evening in August 2020, the life of 22-year-old Julius Vance of Snellville, a male, was cut short in a burst of gunfire in unincorporated Lilburn, Georgia. The incident, which police believe was drug-related, unfolded in the 700 block of Beaver Ruin Road and resulted in two other men being wounded.
