On a December day in 2020, the life of 23-year-old Marquise Kelly, an African American male, was tragically cut short in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred on December 13th at a residence on Cordova Street in the southwestern part of the city. It was there that Kelly sustained a fatal gunshot wound to his neck.
