Kevin Neal, a 44-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed outside his apartment in Fort Valley, Georgia, on February 25, 2021. The incident occurred on Rayfield Wright Street, just across from Fort Valley State University. According to reports, Neal was shot in the upper torso and was pronounced dead at the scene.
