Demontarius Quin Lewis, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 27, 2014, in Fort Valley, Georgia. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. outside the Olde English Apartments on Orange Street (Highway 96). According to reports, a fight broke out between two men, and one of them fired into a crowd, fatally striking Demontarius Lewis.
