Marcus Deon Ball Jr., a 13-month-old African-American boy, tragically lost his life on July 20, 2022, in Fort Valley, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Lakeview Apartments on Edward Street, where Marcus and his 2-year-old sister, Markailey Ball, were playing inside their home.
