Tavar Eugene Thomas, a 19-year-old from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on January 24, 2018, after being shot the previous day. The incident occurred in the 400 block of West 102nd Street in the Vermont Vista neighborhood. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Thomas got into an argument with another man outside a home around 1:45 p.m. on January 23.
