Jasmine Trice, a 30-year-old African American woman from Columbus, GA, tragically lost her life on March 1, 2021. The incident occurred at a Family Dollar store located on Floyd Road. Jasmine Trice was pronounced dead at the scene, while another victim, Kiera Williams, 28, succumbed to her injuries at the hospital. The shooting took place around 4 p.m., and it was reported that a 6-year-old child was present in the vehicle but was unharmed.
