Brian Perry Belin Jr., a 21-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on March 24, 2021, in Hiram, Georgia. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. at the Regency Park Subdivision, specifically in the tennis court and pool area. Deputies from the Paulding County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Belin Jr.'s body, who had succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel.
