Jerod Montez Lester, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 10, 2021, in Macon, Georgia. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred at the Avalon Mobile Home Park on Jeffersonville Road. On that fateful day, authorities responded to a call about a person down at the mobile home park.
