Ira Green, a 58-year-old male from Augusta, GA, was found shot to death on May 22, 2021. The incident occurred on Cougar Drive, approximately nine miles from his residence on Perkins Drive. According to Coroner Mark Bowen, Green was pronounced dead at 10:40 p.m. after suffering at least one gunshot wound.
