Marquavious Deshon Wright, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 16, 2021, in Macon, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Majestic Gardens Apartments on Rocky Creek Road. According to reports, Marquavious was found dead at the scene, having been pronounced deceased at 5:10 p.m. by the Bibb County Coroner. The shooting also resulted in another 18-year-old, Deonte Hunt, being injured with a gunshot wound to the leg.
