Deondre Fisher, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2021, in Newton County, Georgia. The incident occurred during a Fourth of July celebration at their mother's house. Deondre and his older brother, Shaquell Fisher, 26 at the time, were celebrating Independence Day when an argument broke out between them.
