Marcus Lee Caswell Jr., a 46-year-old African American male from Newnan, GA, was tragically murdered on August 8, 2021. His body was discovered the following day in West Point Lake, Lagrange, GA. Caswell, along with his 31-year-old roommate, Travis Michael Lodato, had gone to the residence of Joshua Wayne Nutt, a 39-year-old Caucasian male, to collect a debt Nutt owed them.
