On August 24, 2023, a shooting incident occurred at a 76 fuel station on New Franklin Road in LaGrange, Georgia, resulting in the death of 22-year-old Laderek Ferguson. The incident happened late Wednesday night, around 11:50 p.m., when LaGrange Police responded to reports of gunshots in the area.
