The incident occurred during a domestic dispute at the Tall Pines Apartments on Turner Street. According to reports, Glanton was involved in an altercation with his 25-year-old girlfriend, Phatrial Simms. The situation escalated when Simms' 19-year-old brother, Patrick Reeves, intervened and called 911.
