Shawn Couch, a 38-year-old male from Augusta, GA, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2021. The incident occurred just after midnight at the residence of Marvin Dwayne Hall Jr., located at 2118 Ashley Drive. Couch was shot in the chest with a .45-caliber handgun. Responding officers found him in the backyard of the property. Despite being rushed to Augusta University Medical Center, Couch was pronounced dead at 1:02 a.m. on the same day.
