In the early hours of a cold December morning in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of James Floyd Vincent, a 55-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. On December 1, 2012, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Vincent was found in the 400 block of North Duncan Street, the victim of a fatal stabbing. He was rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital, but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
