In the quiet hours of a Wednesday evening in Augusta, Georgia, the life of 17-year-old Zavion Thomas Lee Knight was tragically cut short. On December 22, 2021, the young man was found with at least one gunshot wound on the 2100 block of Champagne Avenue. Despite the efforts of those who arrived at the scene, Knight was pronounced dead in the early hours of the following morning.
