Raven Michelle Tolbert, a 27-year-old African American woman from Augusta, GA, tragically lost her life on January 14, 2022. The incident occurred on Hammond Avenue, where Raven and her friend, Mercedes Nora Shanice Gibson, also 27, were fatally shot.
