On a late Friday morning in Macon, Georgia, the life of 21-year-old Deuntay Lashavi Hicks was tragically cut short. On January 28, 2022, at approximately 11:34 a.m., a call came into the Macon-Bibb 911 Center reporting a person down at the Woods on Napier Apartments, also known as the North Napier Apartments, located at 4017 Napier Avenue.
